We are an engineering consulting company providing electrical industrial services. We provide Electrical and Mechanical engineering solutions to our clients all over the GTA. Work from the office or home.

We are currently in need of an inside sales rep. Responsible for calling people, businesses, and clients with the goal of selling them a product or service. Performs lead generation to create viable list, calls people, and follows up on prospects. A list of potential customers or previous customers will be given to the sale rep. The sales is given a call script to follow to assist in introducing and selling the service.

Primary responsibilities

  • Develop and follow up on business leads.

  • Cold call, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities.

  • Obtain or verify customer information, including address, phone number, and payments methods.

  • Enter information into computers.

  • Explain services in detail.

  • Answer questions from customers.

  • Follow up on prospective leads.

  • Obtain names and numbers of potential customers from telephone directors or purchased lists.

  • Follow up to customer correspondence.

  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients.

  • Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service.

  • Other works assigned by the management

Formal Training is not Required, Marketing and Sales Skills, Verbal Communication, Telephone Skills, Interpersonal Communication, Customer Service Skills, Attention to Detail, Ability to Track Leads, Accuracy, Patience, Motivation, High Energy, Ability to Meet Goals, Data Entry, Product Knowledge, Organisation.

Starting date: as soon as possible

Compensation: Negotiable subject to experience.
